Mission and Apostolic community happen at the local level all around the world where Oblates encounter each day the face of Christ in the poor and in those who suffer. We are blessed to have such life and such variety! Leadership is a key to animate vibrant Oblate life and to maintain faithfulness to the mission to preach the Gospel to the poor. The service of authority is essential to the life of the Congregation.
